This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") outlines the principles for handling privacy information in SWIMMER OSINT CTF. Players participating in the CTF are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

Definition of Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報の保護に関する法律) of Japan, and information related to the identification of users, behavioral history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in relation to users or their devices that SWIMMER OSINT CTF collects.

Collection Methods and Targets

Information is collected through access logs to the web server and by input from players at the time of registration.

The information collected includes IP addresses, Cookies, usernames, email addresses and user attributes.

Purpose of Using Personal Information

Personal information is used for the purpose of identifying players in the operation of the CTF using CTFd, or for the purpose of statistics collection. In addition, to prevent fraud, we may use the source IP address to make decisions.

Restrictions on Third-Party Provision

The SWIMMER OSINT CTF operating team will not provide personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases:

  1. When based on laws and regulations of Japan.
  2. When necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.

Deletion

The above personal data will be deleted within one month after the end of the competition. However, team names, player names and scores will be published as records.

プライバシーポリシー [日本語 / JAPANESE]

このプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）は、SWIMMER OSINT CTF におけるプライバシー情報の取扱方針です。プレイヤーが CTF に参加する場合には、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

個人情報の定義

「個人情報」とは、日本国の個人情報の保護に関する法律に定義される「個人情報」および、ユーザーの識別に係る情報、通信サービス上の行動履歴、その他ユーザー又はユーザーの端末に関連して生成又は蓄積された情報であって、SWIMMER OSINT CTF が収集するものを意味するものとします。

収集方法・収集対象

Web サーバへのアクセスログ、ならびにプレイヤーが登録時に入力することによって収集します。

収集される情報は IP アドレス、Cookie、利用者名、メールアドレス、ユーザーの属性情報です。

個人情報の利用目的

CTF の運営に際して、CTFd でプレイヤーを識別する目的、または統計情報を収集する目的で使用します。また、不正行為防止のために、送信元 IP アドレスを用いた判断を行うことがあります。

第三者提供の制限

SWIMMER OSINT CTF の運営チームは、次に掲げる場合を除くほか、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ないで、個人データを第三者に提供しません。

  1. 日本国の法令に基づく場合
  2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき

削除について

競技終了後、1 ヶ月以内をめどに上記の個人情報を削除します。ただし、チーム名・プレイヤー名・スコアは記録として公表されます。
